Silk is an American brand of dairy-substitute products including soy milksoy yogurtalmond milkalmond yogurtCashew milkcoconut milkand other dairy-alternative products owned by Danone North America formerly WhiteWave Foods. Silk was founded by Steve Demos in BoulderColorado in The first product was introduced in March by WhiteWave, Inc.
